This product connects businesses with available workers when unexpected staffing gaps occur. It is designed for last-minute absences, sudden demand, or urgent shift requirements.

The Challenge

Traditional hiring flows are too slow for urgent staffing needs. Businesses need to communicate quickly, while workers need a simple way to discover and accept relevant opportunities.

My Role

My Product Design responsibilities included employer and worker journeys, the shift posting flow, worker discovery, matching experience, map-based interface, and notification and acceptance flows.

The Solution

I designed an on-demand experience that shortens the distance between an open shift and a suitable worker. Employers can broadcast requirements, while workers can browse nearby opportunities and respond quickly.
